Background

ITE’s Work-Study Programme is designed to give fresh ITE graduates a head- start in careers related to their discipline of study. It provides them with more opportunities, after graduation, to build on the skills and knowledge they acquired in school, and better supports their transition into the workforce.

Trainees joining the programme are ITE Nitec and Higher Nitec graduates who have at least 2 to 4 years of foundation skills and knowledge. The programme also welcomes in-service workers who have many years of working experience but wish to obtain academic qualifications for their career progression.

Under this programme, the trainees will learn on-the-job at the workplace and off-the-job in ITE. This enables trainees to link the classroom training with the hands-on authentic training at the work place.

Objective

1
Build a brand for ITE’s Work-Study Diploma 2021

2

3

Based on the 2019/20, as well as past versions of e-brochures given to us for reference, we noticed that the colours Red, Yellow & Green has been consistently present. These colour were used to associate the the various field of studies within the programme. The colours for Infocomm & Media (Red), Business (Green) & Engineering (Yellow) sectors were kept in order not to disrupt the familiarity to the colours, as well as minimising the need for the change of any existing assets already in place for the various sectors.A darker shade of Blue use picked as the campaign colour. The shade was meant to compliment, as well as appear formal & professional to viewers. The font Poppins was  picked because of its neutrality, legibility and accessibility on Google Font.
